Privacy Policy
Last updated July 9, 2026Who We Are
BOLD WORKS (Bold Works Marketing) is a marketing agency located at 160 S 100 W Suite B300, Heber City, UT 84032. Our website address is https://boldworksmarketing.com. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to [email protected] or (435) 709-5027.
What We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, book a call, or apply for a job, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your message or application details. Job applications are collected through JotForm, our form provider.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you found us. This happens through our analytics tools and through Cloudflare, which we use for site security and performance.
Calls and messages. If you call or text us, we keep a record of that communication so we can respond and serve you. Calls to our numbers may be routed through call tracking and may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to respond to your inquiries, schedule and hold calls you book, evaluate job applications, provide our services, improve our website, and, where you have agreed, send you relevant marketing communications. We do not sell your personal information.
Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we will use your number to communicate about your inquiry or our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties for their marketing purposes.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our marketing. This includes analytics tools such as Google Analytics. We also use advertising cookies from Google and Meta to show ads to people who have visited our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Embedded Content
Pages on this site embed content from other services, most commonly YouTube videos of our work. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website directly: those services may collect data about you, use their own cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content, especially if you are logged in to an account with them. YouTube's practices are covered by Google's privacy policy.
Who We Share Data With
We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they process data only on our behalf: our customer relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, which powers our contact form and booking calendar), JotForm for job applications, Google for analytics, Cloudflare for security and performance, and our email provider. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we share it beyond these providers only if required by law.
How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate need, such as legal and accounting obligations. Job application materials are kept while the role is open and for a reasonable period afterward.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To make a request, email [email protected]. If you receive marketing from us, every email includes an unsubscribe link, and STOP always works for texts.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including serving this site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work with reputable providers and limit access to your data.
Children
Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
